The little black top hat is my favorite part.
黒い帽子がいい感じ。
I'd leave the scarf red even if I changed another color. It's the small detail that draws my attention down from the balloon to the snowman, and I like that movement through the whole picture.
What is the finished width as well as the height? The balloon looks like the main part I'd need to measure for space.
