Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you choose your next handmade friend or crochet project.
Are all Forfunly products DIY kits?
Forfunly carries both DIY crochet kits and finished handmade pieces. Read the product type and select an available option on the product page before ordering.
What comes with a DIY crochet kit?
Contents depend on the product and selected option. Check yarn, tools, stuffing and instructions separately with our kit contents checklist. If a material, tool or instruction format is not specified, contact us about that kit before ordering.
How long does shipping take?
Read our current Shipping policy for delivery estimates after order processing. Allow time for delivery and, if you choose a DIY kit, for making your project. For an order needed by a specific date, ask us before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Our current Shipping policy describes delivery destinations, shipping charges, any free shipping threshold and customs information. Check the shipping options and total for your delivery address at checkout, or ask us about your destination before ordering.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please read our Returns policy for eligibility, exclusions, refund timing and instructions. Contact us before sending an item back.
How do I care for my crochet item?
Follow the care instructions for the yarn and item you ordered. If these are not listed, ask us before washing; different fibers and decorative parts can need different care.
Does the product photo show everything in my order?
A completed character may illustrate the project result. A DIY kit, a finished Doll option and an accessory kit are different orders. Read our kit and finished-piece comparison and check the selected option before checkout.
