Delivery destinations

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, the United Arab Emirates, Israel and Malaysia.

We do not ship to mainland China. Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao are separate shipping destinations. Services for a specific address are subject to availability at checkout. If no service is shown for your address, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping costs

For the destinations listed above, Standard shipping is US$9.90 for an eligible merchandise amount below US$100. An eligible amount of US$100 or more qualifies for Free Standard Shipping. The optional Expedited service costs US$15.90; the free-shipping threshold applies to Standard shipping only.

Checkout determines the eligible merchandise amount and the shipping services for your order. Discounts can affect free-shipping eligibility. Review the final service, shipping charge and any taxes before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Processing and transit times vary by destination, product and service. Where a delivery estimate is provided for your address or selected service, it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. No single delivery time applies to every destination. If an estimate is not shown, or you need a specific arrival date, please contact us before ordering. Holidays, customs clearance and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Tracking your order

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs and import charges

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country or region. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they are included or collected. Review checkout and contact your local customs authority if you need details.
