Love that crescent.
The red sleigh is what makes this more interesting to me than a blue balloon on its own. I like the crescent above it as well, because those two details suggest the whole idea without needing more characters around them. I'd keep the dark blue and red combination. A full-height picture would matter when comparing it with the Santa basket design; if I only looked at a cropped balloon photo, I'd miss the difference in the lower section.
I'd pick the night-sky idea before another red-and-green balloon. The crescent is the detail I like most, but the red sleigh underneath is what makes it feel like a complete scene to me. I wouldn't replace the moon with another star just to match the other designs.
The overall proportions are what I'd want to understand next. How much of the finished length belongs to the balloon, and how much to the sleigh below? I would look for the full measurements rather than use the photo framing to judge that. A close-up of the lower section would be useful as a separate view.
For the kit, I'd want to see what the instructions actually cover. The final picture is clear about the intended appearance, but I'd still read the contents and guide details before choosing. On the design, the dark blue stays my preference. It gives me a different option from the brighter Santa versions without changing the part I like about a balloon scene.
How tall is the whole shape, balloon and sleigh together? I'd check before comparing the designs.
The red sleigh is the part I'd want a close-up of.
